The artist created this melancholic track in honor of his young son. “Remy” is a dreamy mash-up of pop-rock, indietronica, and dream pop. You can hear the different genres in various sounds: the gritty electric guitar of pop-rock, the dream-pop in the vocals (and the verses), and the indietronica in the chorus with the melodic synth riffs. “Remy” features a sonic soundscape with a blend of different genres, As a result, it is a song featuring intriguing melodies with rich sounds and textures that any kind of listener can enjoy.

Canadian Psychedelic Rock band Elephant Stone builds a fantastic soundscape of intriguing melodies in “M. Lonely”. The song is a mixture of woven stories of loss and grief, existential crisis and rebirth, and a world withering away all set to elegant, intense droning music. The band experiments with different sounds, genres, and textures within “M. Lonely” to create something is remarkable. Of course, listeners should listen to all of the songs as each part has something extraordinary, but don’t forget to listen for those catchy riffs in the chorus!
