Today’s Daily Feature is “Getting smacked” by Swedish classic rock artist 69-Dust. The song talks about the aspects of being in a bad romance. The band captures this theme really well in this hard rock sound from the guitars to the brash vocals. The members put out all the stops to display this theme in their musicality but in an ear-pleasing way. “Getting smacked” features a savory rock melody that takes influences from the 60s and 70s but blends modern sounds. The song is a great listen with its addictive hooks in the instrumentation and vocals, the nostalgia, and an edgy rock sound. Great for anyone who loves hard rock, classic rock, or any rock from the 60s and 70s!
