Welcome back to the nineteenth day of 25 Days of Christmas. Here on ai love music, let’s celebrate this warm holiday season by transforming the Daily Feature into 25 Days of Christmas. Each day, we will feature a holiday song from any artist from any genre. Today’s holiday song is “Christmas Time” by American Indie Pop artist Jacqueline Loor.
“Christmas Time” is all about catching Santa in the act. Growing up, Loor was a true believer of Santa for seven years until she was told that Santa wasn’t was not real. She was devasted. Now, a mother of two young girls who still believe in Santa, she can share that belief with her children and others. Christmas is even better now!
The Indie-Pop artist had lots of fun whining recording this song and you can hear why! This upbeat disco beat had lots of funk and groove for listeners to dance along to. The vocal melodies are sung in a higher range to add a bit of sweetness to this tune. You can hear influences from Dua Lipa in the disco-styled melodies and influences. It is something different from Loor’s usual tunes, but “Christmas Time” is a banger with catchy hooks, groovy instrumentation, and sugary goodness.
Make sure to listen to Jacqueline Loor.’s “Christmas Time” down below. Let me know what you think in the comments!
